I'm attempting my first run with Keto and am all about simple/quick snacks/recipes. I drive around all day for work during the week, and I'm having trouble finding 400 calorie snacks/meals I can have for my mid-morning snack, lunch, and mid afternoon snack as I'll be in my car all three of those meals. What are some SUPER simple snacks I can prepare before I leave each day that will put me towards that calorie amount with the needed fat and lack of carbs? Breakfast and dinner seem simple, but the three meals in between are tough since I'm not in a kitchen, by a microwave or fridge etc.
