USPLabs PRIME: If you can't handle the intensity, get out of the gym.

    USPLabs PRIME

    Name: Joshua D Pearsall

    Age: 20
    Sex: Male
    Height: 6 Feet
    Weight: 190 lbs
    Body Type: Mesomorph

Training Experience: I started training at a young age, Since I was 17 I have been consistently in the gym. I am now currently playing football in the CIS for the University of Acadia. I play wide receiver/ slot back. I train because I love it, but also it is my job I want to be the best at every thing I do. My lifts are very impressive for my size, bench is 315 lbs x 2 reps, squat 405x1 (ass to grass), deadlift 405x8 lbs, and my power clean is 275x1.

Training Schedule: I train six days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday are my main days. My workout consists of many compound lifts during these days. This is then followed by an intense circuit where I superset a variety of exercises. Mondays consist of incline barbell bench, dumbbell flat bench, wide grips and barbell rows. Tuesday morning I run at 7 am, mandatory team runs where I take part in speed school/ biomechanics of running. Followed by 12:30 pm lift where I squat, hang clean, close grip bench press followed by a circuit after. Wednesdays I do my own thing where I work calves, forearms, biceps and core. Then followed by sucides and gassers as well as pro agility drills. Thursdays I have team runs at 7am where we do plyometrics and stairs. Then I follow this with a workout consisting of barbell bench , dead-lifts, hang pulls and then a circuit. Friday is front squats, one legged leg press, over head military press followed by a circuit. Saturdays I rest completely and do nothing all day. Sundays are the exact same as Wednesday but instead of biceps I substitute triceps.

Diet Schedule: I feel this is what separates me from the rest of the pack. I take pride in my eating habits. I consistently eat 7 meals a day. My breakfasts consists of plain oat meal, whole wheat bagels, cottage cheese and egg whites. My next snack is usually granola or tuna sandwich with cottage cheese. Pre workout I have fruit and a salad. Post workout I consume a shake with dextrose followed by chocolate milk and granola cearl. Dinner is usually chicken/steak/ fish with whole wheat rice. Next I have a shake sardines. Finally my last meal is composed of 2 cup of no fat cottage cheese and skim milk. I always consume over a gallon of water every day and I do NOT consume alchol at all.

Supplementation: I always take protein powder and a multi-vitamin. Creatine when I can afford it but with unlimited meal hall I feel I can get all my nutrients from real food. I have used USPLabs Jacked before and have hit many personal records because I am so focused, energized, and intense. Dex gave me some PowerFULL and Anabolic Pump and I will be using those for the first month of this log.

PRIME DOSING: I will be dosing Prime at 3 pills, 3 times per day.

Short Term Goal: Bench 350 lbs, Power clean 300 Lbs, Squat, 475 Deadlift 500.

Long Term Goal: Reach a weight of 210lbs with a body fat percent under 10. Also to become and all Canadian wide receiver.

I feel I am the one of the most disciplined hardest working people around -- my intensity is out of this world. I take pride in everything I do and I want to be the best. I am ready to sacrifice everything and will stop at nothing to reach my goals.

    DAY 1

    TRAINING

Morning run - 3 regular 40 yard dashes, 3 x 10 yard dashes, 3 build up 40s, 3 jumping into 40s, 3 reverse jumps into 40s, falling start 40s, 15 minutes of call out races.

    Workout:

    Hang cleans: 235 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets (PR +20 lbs)
    Front Squats: 265 lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
    Single leg leg press: 210 lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
    Leg Curls: 170 lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
Wide Grip Chinups: 12 reps x 4 sets
    Bent Over Barbell Rows: 185 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
    Hammer Strength Row: 210 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
    Zotman Curls: 40 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
Ab Exercises: Bicycle, hanging v raises, other misc. stuff.

    Football practice for 2 hours.

And a ton of food. I mean tons. Including a lb of a cottage cheese.

The PR on Hang Cleans is not because of Prime because it is too early to tell. It was probably because of technique (I had a good drop) and it was just a good day. My intensity level was up extremely high. I am so pumped to be on this stuff.

Pump: Feel denser for longer after the workout. I will do a arm workout tomorrow and see if I am pumped for longer.

Intensity: I want to keep it up at this level and if it is possible to go higher that would be great.

    Focus: out of this world.

    DAY 2

    Training

Today was arm day. I felt great waking up this morning and had an intense arm workout. I do a bicep exercise followed by a tricep exercise. I feel this is the best way for me personally to get the best pump

    Incline DB Curls: 40 lbs x (12) reps, 45 lbs x (10), 50lbs x (8) 50lbs x (6)
    Skull Crushers: 85 lbs x 12 reps, 105lbs x 10, 120 x 8 , 135 x 6

    Single Arm Preacher Curl: 40lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets
Tricep Behind Head Dumbell Extension: 85lbs x 10 sets

    Hammer DB Curls: 50 lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
    Tricep Pushdowns: 140 x 8 reps x 4 sets ** tri-set working down from 140 lbs- 40lbs

Finished off my workout with ez curl 21's supersetted with dips 3 sets of each exercise

    Pump
The pump I had today was great, arm days I always seem to have really good pumps but today my arms felt pumped for a longer period of time.

    Intensity/Focus
I felt intense from the minute I woke up at 7 am. I actually woke up 30 minutes before my alarm clock and I was reved to hit the gym, I do not know if this is the powerful working or if I just had a great night sleep none-the-less im excited to keep this intensity up for my log

    Sleep
In the past I have been having ****ty sleeps due to the fact of the noise in my residence and the crappy spring mattresses. However since starting PowerFULL, Prime and AP, I have had a noticeable better sleep

    Libido
    This stuff gets you going

It is more than likely a combination of both. I know you eat like a beast and Anabolic Pump is a potent cell volumizer.

    Day 7

Training: ahhh i rolled my ankle so bad it mentally killed my day. i couldn't run i just had to do physio so it put me in a really bad mood. workout was alright i did a back workout cause i wanted to rest my ankle. that means no cleans and front squats pretty pissed about that. i have a practice saturday so i want to be good for that. I also have 2 midterm today, but i plan on hitting the gym for a crazy arm workout

    Backworkout went as following

    Chinups(Wide) 4x10

Chin ups ( Middle Grip) 4x10

    Db Rows: 100x10 x 4 sets

    Barbell Rows: 135x12, 145x10,165x8, 205x4

    Cybex Rowing: 4x10 190lbs
    supersetted
    Cybex lat pull down 210x8x4

abs after, magic pushups, hanging v raisises, russian twist(35lb plate)

intensity: was a little down due to my ankle i was kinda being a pussy about it more mental then anything

pump: even with the ****ty intensity my pump was insane again after a few sets it looked like my back was going to break out of my shirt.. i hope the AP keeps working this well

Sleep: still no complaints hear even with a stressful day still managed to get a good night sleep

ill post my arm workout when its done peace

SO I was at meal hall tonight and I had my tray full of food including a bowl of cottage cheese. Then out of nowhere I hear: "McInroy!! This is a real bowl of cottage cheese" and there was Peasall2 who had taken the cottage cheese container right out of the salad bar. Let's just say he ate a ton of cottage cheese tonight.

Some good workouts buddy. Good to hear you are enjoying the PRIME and have got another bottle.
Some of the others on PRIME aren't feeling it at the moment which is a strange one on me, maybe you could pop into their logs and give a little advice on how things are going for you and see if there are any differences in what you are doig to them.
