    How many times a week do you do abs?

    I usually do about 15 minutes twice a week. Is this too much or not enough?

    I suppose, I never really thought about it like that. Abs are the only muscle you can train daily, and I like to take advantage of that.

    This is about what I do, usually 2 exercises 2 to 3 times per week. Used to be able to see them pretty good, till I started bulking, can't wait to cut and see whats there again.

    4 days a week ( track ). we normally do circuits like 25 push ups, then high kness, then sit ups, then push ups. stuff like that.

    hate a-holes who say they train their abs everyday bcuz abs are the one muscle group u can train everyday....If ur training em everyday then ur obviously not hitting em hard enough. I hit my abs hard and it takes em like 2 - 3 days to recover.

    Don't use weights when doing abs. They will become bulky...no v taper.

    i do it 3 times i week about 4 exercises 12 times each its been working for me slow but, Great.
