How many protein shakes do you drink per day?

So I was just wondering how many protein shakes you guys drink per day?

I usually have about 3(morning, post workout, night) but I feel like I should drink more so I can get more protein throughout the day.

So tell us all how many you drink per day and at what times!!

i dont see whats bingo about that?
more protein shakes a day just means too lazy for real protein sources. only protein shake i can actually see is post workout just because its digested quick. maybe a weight gainer throughout the day for extra cals/protein too...

just my 2cents, not saying i dont have protien shakes more than once sometimes i dont have time to cook chicken/beef.

I live in a dorm room, its hard to find good high protein food, I make eggs in my microwave, i eat cans of tuna and I buy skinless chicken breasts from the food court.

The weight gainer in the morning and whey throughout the day helps me hit my protein goals easily. Trust me, I am far from lazy

I agree alot of people resort to protein shakes because of laziness. I really think your better off getting the protein from food sources than shakes. You run through alot of whey and waste more money on supplements. That money should be used on food not extra supplements.

1 shake per day, which is my Torrent. If I'm in a bind, I have an emergency stash of Real Gains, Milk & Egg and another whey protein, just in case.

I completely disagree. The intelligent bodybuilder (RARE INDEED) realizes that protein shakes are actually the CHEAPEST form of complete protein, and much more convenient and efficient. Time management / efficiency doesn't make you lazy..... QUITE THE OPPOSITE.

Price per gram (after whey protein) would be things like Tuna and Eggs.

Morning - whey. Preworkout - pro complex. Post workout. - whey. Prebedtime - casein. So four shakes totaling 100g of protein.

Oh for sure bro i understand situations, and really that isnt bad at all while im going to school i usually will pack a oatmeal bar w/ protein shake kinda for a snack.
Defenetly most of the time protein powders/gainers are going to be alot better for you than university food lol, i wish some girls used protein (anti-freshman 15)

And to that other guy with the money comment, yea of course powder is going to be cheaper. im just saying people who eat 3oz of chicken breast instead of a scoop of protein however many times a day will see better results...
But than once u start getting into the higher quality proteins (time released 6 blend **** etc) the price is pretty even, but i mean i would rather have eggs befor bed over time released protein any day

Price per gram (after whey protein) would be things like Tuna and Eggs.
Finally someone who know what they're talking about!! I don't know where some of these people buy there protein supps, but beef n chicken sure as hell ain't cheaper than whey.

Aim for the top. There is plenty of room there. There are so few at the top it is almost lonely there.

Between 1-3 shakes, depending. Some people might be lazy, others might be on the go constantly. Depends on free time. A good idea would be to prepare quick protein meals in your spare time, but for a day in advance. That way you'll be one step ahead every day. Shakes are goo post/pre WO because metabolism is high and uptake increases. During the rest of the day you need something that will stay in your system a little longer.
I am NOT the great kornholio. I do NOT need any tp for my bunghole.

So tell us all how many you drink per day and at what times!!
I normally base this on my protein(real food)
intake for the day and go from there.
