Thank you, I understand about the 5-10 loading phase (20-25g servings) followed by a variable length maintenance phase (2-5 g/day) BUT do I consume the (20-25g) all in 1 serving after my workout?

No, don't take the 20g all in one sitting. when loading creatine you separate the 5g dosages into 4 servings throughout the day for 5 days. the loading phase is completely up to you and there are mixed opinions on loading, but remember 5g a day can eventually get you the same results.

I have used AllMax Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and got the results I was looking for in increased strength, and I was mixing it with Welch's grape juice.
