I'm probably the only person who doesn't know the answer to this I see that a lot of you add protein powder to oatmeal, but do you add it before you cook it or after? Don't laugh at me please

Don't be embarrassed Lauren.
I've seen it done both ways. I think it's disgusting both ways. I just have a shake and eat some oatmeal if I'm going to have that. For contest prep, I would mix dry oats in with the protein shake in a blender and texture was gritty -- blech!
Another reason I prefer to eat the oatmeal on the side because it feels like I'm getting food and a shake."For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
GOOOOO COCKS!!!!!! GOOOOO STEELERS!!!!!

I've been told that I don't eat enough and I think it's caused me to put on a few pounds. I'm tracking diligently and am always in a deficit, so it must be the low calories or the depo. Anyway, I'm trying to increase my calories and I know real food is best, but protein is the quickest and easiet for now.

I put my faith in the people, but the people let me down, so I turned the other way I carried on anyhow.
