dirty bulk= more fat less muscle
clean bulk=more muscle less fat.

you mean dirty bulk by eating like burgers and crap food? I didn't! I actually only ate good food, I can post my diet up..
Food I ate:
-oats
-brown rice
-tuna
-chicken
-peanut butter (lol i started going thru like a jar a week it was so good)
-fish oil
-whey
-cottage cheese
-fruits
-green veggies
..never once had a "cheat" meal outside of my diet parameters

Ok Vadox let me explain something, It doesnt matter what you eat wether it be "clean food" or "dirty food" a calorie in is a calorie in, 4,300 calories of clean food vs 4,300 calories of dirty food you will get fat either way. Your undoing all the fat loss you did before, stop now and work on losin the fat then worry about bulking up.

dirty bulking has little to do with the foods you eat, but your overall macros/cals. you ate way too many cals and gained a bunch of unnecessary fat just to see the scale move. soon you will have to waste a couple months cutting,
could have bulked correctly(slightly over maintenance) and made lean gains while keeping fat minimal. you arent that fat, the point is that you used bulking as an excuse to overeat and get fat. just slow down a little so you dont have to cut every couple of months. go by mirror rather than the scale.

dont listen to this OP.
But srsly OP if you arent trolling, then you got to learn to do it right. all you gained basically was fat. were you even getting stronger? im guessing not conisdering your lifts are very low. get on a good strength routine and focus on getting stronger and the size will come. Eat about 100-200 over maintence and learn to eat clean and lift heavy and cardio3-4x week.. come back in 6 months by doing this and i guarenttee you, you will have gained a decent amount of LBM and fat loss.☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆

lmao. its all about MACROS and CALORIES. if someone eats 4000 cals of clean food vs. 4000 cals of dirty food. the 4000cals will likely affect body comp due to macros. if your macros are 80% carbs 10%fat 10% protein even on a calorie deficit you can still gain bodyfat due to losing muscle mass and raising your bf %.
DONT EAT DIRTY ALL THE TIME OP. 1-2x a week is fine even 3.☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆
