K, the deal is I now weigh about 130lbs. Dunno why but my weight goes up down n so forth. I've been stuck here for about 5 or 6 months now n I donno why soo do you guys think 3000+ cal/day would be sufficient? Mostly tuna, rice, eggs, pb sandwiches, fruits & all sorts of meat along with fish oils, multi and creatine. I can bench 175 about 7 or 8 times so I know 130lbs is extremely underweight (im 20) lol if I had 3000+cal a day how long do you think it will take for me to actually notice weight gain? I'm guessing 5lbs a month?
