Marc posted a video on how to make brownies. It is pretty much the same procedure with just a little bit more water then hit the microwave.
These recipes are perfect since i'm on the Palumbo Diet for Cutting.

I just made the brownies with ON rocky road and almond butter. I think I cooked it too long because it is dry as hell. The gooey middle part is pretty damn good though. I also poured a little bit of heavy cream over it.
I will definitely remake these but won't cook it as long.
Edit- just remade these with PB, less whey, more water, and cooked at alower power level.

I made some today as well. Tweaked it a bit, and it turned out awesome.

Sludge rocks! I make it with 2 scoops of vanilla scivation whey and PB, going to try it with some heavy cream for a keto blast
has anyone noticed that the scivation vanilla flavor has changed? very noticeable with the sludge. it's not as good as the old stuff.

I used Caramel Toffee Fudge Nitrocore 24 and crunchy peanut butter then let it chill it the freezer for 30 min, made me say "hot damn" after the first bite. I think I finally found something healthy to get me to lay off the icecream (which is the main **** up that keep me from eating clean)

At first it looked really weird but I ended up trying it thinking... what the hell...
Turned out AMAZING. I used 2 scoops of Isolate Vanilla Protein + 2 TBSP of PB and added just enough water to make it look like sludge... threw it into the freezer for about 10 mins... threw some walnuts on it and tried it.
It tastes fantastic... it was like eating a caramel candy bar!Keto Diet:
