Gotcha.
OK, will wait til you've done a proper standing OHP though! You can start with the bar in the rack so you don't have to clean it first.
Nice workout Hope you're good for more than 235 now!!
Good work! Hope you can try to max out without any leg drive to make it totally legit!
Good stuff, that's a big set at your BW! Hope you can try a 1RM soon so I can update the chart accordingly.
Haha! Well overhead pressing isn't a powerlifting event, so it's all good Still, to get in on this properly, go ahead and try it standing up!
Nice work, and duly noted!
Good stuff! Noted below.
You're in, too!
Great work!
OK, I went ahead and updated the table. I added a column for % of bodyweight, and sorted it by that to make a sort of "leaderboard". Remember, we'll keep this open until everyone has made the goal or died trying!
The following is a list of lifters who still have only sent in a "rep PR", rather than a 1RM (1-rep-max). Hope we can get the whole chart to 1RM ASAP. Remember that it's the fastest way to move up the leaderboard:

I hit 235x1 on seated press fairly easy today with a pause after benching and board presses. Didn't do standing because my back was tight from deadlifting yesterday. Next week I'll do standing and I know I'll hit more than the 205 I listed as my previous PR.
best lifts:
bench press 380x1 315x7 225x 25
squat: 525x1
deadlifts: 520x1

I tried to record a 210lb standing press this morning at 207lb body weight and was just an inch from locking it out! I swear I was standing there for 10 seconds trying to finish the lift and now my back is a little sore. Hopefully I'll be able to weigh in at 205 next week because that weight would have gone up for sure.

did some standing strict military presses after benching last night.
bw: 168 lbs
went up to 185x5 last night all pauses on the chest to lockout.
sadly these felt heavy. haven't done these in a long time so need to get use to this movement again. I will train this movement for the next couple months and see what happens. in the past I could rep 185 for 10. my goal is to get back down to 165 or below and rep 165 for 20. People that trained with me or know me here can vouch for my decent overhead pressing strength. sorry no vid.The Percepta @ 165ah

Hitting standing military press, kept them strict by having no leg drive. This is the first time I've did a max out on film. I didn't notice I started with knees slightly bent. Next video I will lock out knees before I do the press. In these videos the press moment locked out my knees naturally .
Just finished my shower and I noticed my knees pop out a little bit just standing naturally, so I don't think it added much drive to my lift. But if it doesn't count, I'll re-shoot !

Military Press
10x45
5x95
5x135
5x160
3x195 - Couldn't do any more so switched to push press 2x195 push press
Standing DB Shoulder Presses
Military press sucked today, I always get stuck right around here, I've never been able to hit 200x5. I'm really going to be working hard over the next month or so to break this plateau. Wish me luck.If you ain't first, you're last...
