I have 3 atm, I had 4 but I didnt use one pair for like a year and they were brand new so brother robbed off with them lol.
There more like tennis shoes than sports trainers I think. Nike 'Court Traditions' I think they are. The pair at the back is the loosest pair, and I only wear them ones for college going out, the two pairs at the front are like twice as tight I'll get a pic to show you tomorrow bud.
Hopefully ordering my protein tomorrow btw Going for choc mint and getting a sample of all the other flavoured (ex banana bcse I don't like banana's)..
Your grandad seems abit of a ledgend anyways

Actaully my mum was like Ok I'd rather you have that then do drugs and I was like O.o
She showed me some in ASDA and it was like 950 for 16 of some random stuff and just told her I'll order it online. Tried about 2 hours ago but was going through tons of security checks on my credit card so I'll just use hers tomorrow.
Good to hear! Sex coming his way soon I guess.

Not sure how old you can have sex till tbh O.o
And I just think it's some random crap in ASDA, I couldn't even understand what type of whey it was from the label O.o
Net weight was like 950g at ?16.50, was chocolate flavour or something iirc, had Creatine and some random weight gainer all in a row.
Credit card, I had a cash card thing since I was like 12.. I turn 16 and they send me a VISA out for chip & pin etc.. Easy

when i start work i will keep most of it under my bed anyway. cant let the government keep dibs on me and my mum with her benefits. sneaky but you gotta get one over on the system some times!***70's Diet Crew***

Workout 1
High incline BB bench:
5x 132
5x 132
5x 132<----------------- last rep was a bit of a struggle. im pretty pumped about this!
Lower incline BB bench:
8x 99
8x 99
8x 99
8x 99<-------------------all pretty easy tbh.
BB OHP (seated):
8x 78
8x 78
8x 78<-----------------shoulders were pretty fried by this point!
DB OH Tri Ex:
8x 49<------------------missed 2 reps
7x 49<------------------missed 3 reps
8x 44<------------------missed 2 reps
cba with ab work.
fukin good sesh. proper happy with my benching. last time i benched i was barely doing 110 for 5........ on flat bench!!!!! so yeah well happy with that. and my chest got a nice pump from it aswell . lower incline was a bit too easy, i will probably add 5lbs to it next week, and add collars to the higher incline. BB over head press was tough towards the end but my shoulders were on fire! i took my DB OH ex from 5x5 workout, hence why it was a bit too heavy. probably stick with 44 next workout and try and hit all reps n sets.
overall im well happy with that! BB bench ftw. all that work i put in wit the fuggin DB's has payed off. the warm ups i do are great. and i will be proper happy if i can hit 176 ATG squats next session. i have a good feeling about it .Last edited by olibeast; 04-05-2009 at 01:47 PM.

good workout.
why did you drop so much weight for low incline?
you should be able to do more on lower than higher lul.
btw. why don't you just say 135lb instead of 132.
because multiplying it by 2.2 isn't always the correct answer.
100kg bench (bar + 4x20kg plates is actually 225 and 100x2.2=220)*trying to lean bulk crew*

thanks breh
well, couple of reasons, hadnt done bb benching in arges, so didnt know how it wud stack up. i wouldnt be able to do more on a lower incline that i jus did on higher, thats a fact. im glad i hit all my reps on the lower incline, but i will probably stick 110 on there next week.
dont become americanised. 100kg is 220lb. they're weight are in lbs. and they use 45lbs plates. we use 20kg plates which is actually 44lbs. not a lot in it but i convert everything by 2.2.***70's Diet Crew***

if you weighed the 20kg plates, they would be 20.45454545454545

Without the space would embed it. And I get you now
I feel like an apsolute cock doing all that kinda stuff in the gym because of all the retards that do that 5 days a week, never squat/dead/bench or have any form of routine etc.
And 56lb I don't mind lol. More I lift the better, I need every lb myself :P

I've started to settle into a regular surrounding of about 5/6 people who I see in the gym regularly, and I'm not sure one of them trains properly. From the meso guy thinking he's cool in his tank top, talking to his gf (I think) who actaully runs her sexy tight ass off on the tredmill most nights, to the guy who spends 40 minutes doing incline bench, because he does a set, lays there for 10 mins chillin out and then another, like he has nothing else to do with his life.
/Rant.
5 times a week fair enought, but I walk in the gym on a tues upstairs for workup, I see him doing shoulder stuff, then later on when I'm squatting down in freewieght's he'll come in and do some bicep curls, maybe some skull crushers from time to time. Then I see him going around the machines from time to time etc. Just doing totally random whatever he feels like stuff if ya get me, inbetween going and talking to her. Like talk.. to workout ass off.. talk to her on the way home, it's not hard! Then joins the gal while she does core work on the mats to finish off. I really wish she didn't just do a ton of cardio + use leg machines.
I so need a gf who squats/dead/bench for teh sexy ass.
How sad am I lol.
