Its a good meal replacement especially for the taste.
Once i discovered the Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookies and Creme flavor, I have never switched to another protein yet.Keymaster of platinum accounts

Syntha 6 is straight trash. I bought the 5lb of vanilla and it gave me some of the worst gas I have ever had, and it didn't hold me over very long after I drank it. I would be hungry within the hour I drank it. If you want meal replacement without messing up your stomach I'd go with Huel or Soylent. Personally, I like Huel much better for taste, nutritional value, and brand.
