hehehehe.
I was so intrigued by the leg press the first time I looked at this thread, I didn't even notice the bench press!!!
LOL, that bar has like 35 lbs on it!!
Real funny thing is I've seen younguns come on here and say "....so what's wrong with plastic/cement weights?". We should just show em this pic from now on!!!! LOL again.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

That's an awesome find! I think I would try it just out of sheer curiosity to see how well it works. (Not with serious weight, just a couple hundred pounds. I do like being able to walk.)
I wonder how much money he has into that thing. Not to mention all the time it would take to build it. Probably too much, for what weight it can hold.()===() Equipment Team Wannabe No.1

That seems to be. I think the person used regular candle wax on the " runner / slides " press board looks small , a few ceemnt bags ? great idea for huge cheap weight, 80lbs around $5 ... but 3 bags or so on it ?
But i think it could be done, maybe with 700lbs or so ,
I sent the person email asking for basic layout info , hopefully i'll get a reply
Thinking like yuo said, ALOT of money BUT huge time into building it ,
NO " bars " to hold weights, and the BARBIE bench combo is just a weird " SET "
maybe something with " DRAWER ROLLERS ""

Packs weighed roughly sixty Roman pounds, the shield 20 and the armour another twenty. so roughly a hundred Roman pounds for the full kit. That on guys who averaged less than 5'6" tall. THough the Pretorians had to be tall guys or they wouldn't make be allowed to serve, their job was to intimidate.
