I figured this would be the appropiate spot to post this thread. I've always had backne, even before i started lifting but it has gotten worse. It isn't too bad right now but i want to catch it before i get to embarassed to take my shirt off. Any kinds of ointments or special soaps, something like this that has worked for you before?

Take high doses of vit b5(500mg- 2g) and drink organic apple cider vinegar three times a day in water (can get this anywhere, taste god awful though).Originally Posted by Anthony48

scrub your back real good with a scrub brush and soap after working out. When you work out with a shirt on, your pores become clogged. If you don't scrub them thuroughly, they will become zits.

Bathe twice a day and scrub your back. B5. Sa 2% bp 10% 2-3 times a day. Tan twice a week.

Something you may not expect, but many people (including myself) have had good results using is Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo. You can obtain the 1% formula w/o an rx.
If you want drastic results you need to take drastic measures.

You will have very dry skin while on it .....
