Just wanted to find people who's arms grow at a faster rate, and have these sort of measurements. I have a 40 chest and 14 inch arms (pathetic I know), and just wanted to see what it would be like to have massive arms and a small chest (out of interest more than anything). Anyone else find it hard to keep things proportional. Rep to sensible posts.

Anyone here with pretty big arms (15.5-16), and a small chest (40-42)?

if your arms/delts are big and your chest is weak, if you only do exercises like bench press, your arms and delts will continue getting bigger while your chest will continue being small. the only way to make a weak spot stronger is to isolate it, doing things like flies and cables and if you do bench press, do it with low weight and really concentrate on only using your chest

In general I find it has to do with age and maturity, you see alot of 15-17 year olds with big arms and generally small "trunks" Then once you hit 18-19 yrs old you'll just naturally fill out, get thicker, etc..
That's how it worked for me at least; I gained a good 10 lbs and got alot thicker around my chest without doing anything.
