    Biceps and forearms?

    When you workout your biceps, are you working your forearms the same time..

    plus,, are there any exercises for the forearms other than wrist curls or hammer curls?

    if so, please name them

    Straight bar works the forearms more than an EZ bar. Straight incline curls and standing BB curls.

    Reverse Curls or barbell,
    * also preacher style
    Grip Crushers,
    Plate Pinches,
    Farmer Walks,
    Deadlifts,
    Towel Pull Ups,
    Tearing up newspaper,
    Sqeezing and twisting towel hard,
    Forearm rollers,
    Pull ups,
    Barbell Rows,
    Finger extensions, like filling a bucket full of sand and spreading your fingers out or using the rubber bands.

    Also, using any kind of thick bar will help put emphasis on the forearms.
