    I just hit rock bottom.

Have you ever had it where your body is just totally sapped of all energy stores, and cant do anything?

It hit me in the gym today ,for the first time I had to stop myself get home and just eat a **** load of pasta just to try and get some life back in me.

It sucks. I think I am just going to eat about 3000 calories per day and encorporate **** loads of fruit and vegetables in there as well, all different types, I cant be assed with this cutting and bulking **** anymore, im just going to eat sensibly.

Probably wont add mass as fast by doing this but I am continuing with the cardio 3-4 days per week.

Not making excuses, but I just felt like **** this morning, no excuses not to train, but fuk....frst time ever.
    1k+ people.

I feel what your sayin man.

Suck it up man. as long as your progress isnt decreasing then its nothing.

Nothin just get the the gym do what ya gota do then eat and rest.

If its a bad workout then fck it , it dont matter as long as youve done what you had to.

    GL with new diet .

This **** cant break you!! it doesnt break me. You aint hit rock bottom either. Far from it.

I was thinking this but I still managed to push heavier weights than last week on my shoulder workout, but just felt like total ****, its hard to describe, I just felt weak.

    Extremely lethargic and fatigued.

Got up to 80lb dumbbells x8 on shoulder press.

I have hit rock bottom a few times. I think its when you feel like you have no energy left after intense workouts? I think for me I sometimes feel like throwing up.

This was as soon as I got into the gym not after finishing the workout, I didn't finish the workout something just went inside my body telling me to stop and go home, so I did.

listen to your body man, dont be stubborn. this is what happened to me. trained for nearly a year without taking a week off just because i thought time off was for pussies.

i was doing 5x5 and jus turned to ****, i had no energy my lifts were stalling felt i was goin backwards. i did a deload, week off no weights or anything best thing i could have done!

u imagine yourself kind of wasting away but its just in ya head. now im completely re energised and gaging for every session.

i realise now that a deload or a week off every 4-6 weeks is needed.
