I did Chest and Back on Monday, and they still hurt just a little bit.
Is it ok if I do Shoulders today, or should I wait until tomorrow?
My routine is
Monday
Chest, Back
Wednesday
Shoulders, Legs
Friday
Triceps, Biceps
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday are Rest Days.
Is that enough rest, or should I skip 2 days between each workout?

I am usually only sore the next day, but I went extra heavy on Monday. And I am still just a little sore.
Also, am I giving my Triceps enough rest?
Because they are only sore after Friday, and they get to rest Saturday and Sunday.
But they also get worked a little in chest and shoulder exercises as secondary.
Am I giving them enough rest?
