Question advice please: multiple training sessions per day

    Hello,

I'm new to the forums. I was wondering if anyone could suggest the most effective routine for the following scenario:

I work from 6am-6pm daily. Fortunately, I live next door to work and can come home periodically. My apartment is small, and I currently have powerblocks 90lbs, ironmaster superbench w/ dip and chinup attachments, and a jump rope for cardio. I also have a heart monitor and have briefly done some HIIT.

My question is, is it more efficient to squeeze in four 30-min sessions per day, with the last one being cardio, or should I keep it to one 2-3 hour evening session. I've never considered training more than once a day, but I'm looking for maximal results within 3 months. I'm considering P90X as well, with my current setup. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

well, I would go with the multiple shorter sessions, because unless you're an endurance athlete you shouldn't have ANY 2-3 hour sessions. your workout after warmup shouldn't go over an hour at all
