Should I start doing more compound exercises?

A brief rundown of exercises I'm doing with specific bodyparts at the moment (I won't include sets and reps for everything, but i generally stick to either 3 or 4 sets per exercises with 6-12 reps)

    Back:
DB Rows, Wide grip chins, T Bar row, Lat pull down,

    Shoulders:
DB Shoulder Press, Laying lat raise, Reverse Flies, Upright Row,

    Legs:
Squat, Stiff Legged DLs, Leg extension, leg curl.

    Chest:
Dips, Inc. Flies, Flat DB Press, Incline DB Press, Crossovers

    Bis & Tris:
Preachers, DB Curls, Hammers, DB Skull Crusher, Tricep Pushdown, CG Bench Press.

Should I add in more compound exercises (eg: Military Press, Hang Clean & Press, etc) if I want to put on muscle mass? Or is what I'm doing fine?

Which exercises out of the ones that I am doing are actually compound?

    what's your bf?
with your weight, doing non-compound exercises should be ok.
I'd still reccomend more pull-ups and dips, which you can add to the bis % tris section, as well as some over head press for shoulders and tris.

bodyfat is around 12% at the moment. No e-stating but I've dropped a few pounds lately, but I'm still around the 200 mark.

No he doesn't. He has stiff leg deadlifts which are veeeeeeery different from conventional deadlifts.

    Nice try though.

I woulkd say that Stiff legged dead lifts are more for the back anyway. I would recommend Romanian deadlifts for your legs:

The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.

can't stiff legged deadlifts lead to long term back problems?
