    Lol.

    No.

You get tired because you probably consume a lot of carbs, then your body crashes. Yesterday I ate a whole box of mac & cheese. 1,200 calories, 150g carbs and 27g protein.

I felt like complete **** and actually laid down, passed out for several hours. Carb overload and a bunch of **** food. Especially taking in 100g of carbs a day, that was just over the top.

I never eat that crap, but the person who made it was actually bitching because I wouldn't eat what they made, so I just ate the whole thing to shut them up. Ha.

    You're fine.

Terrible. Not long enough, I drooled on myself, my body twitches and now my right nostil is plugged.

As others have pointed out. I wouldn't worry at all.

I'd love to have an afternoon nap each day if it wasn't for work!

Lol. Especially eating about 100g carbs a day for the last several weeks. Over load to the max.

I just had some Kashi and found out the bowl I ate had over 120g carbs. There goes my 100g a day carbs for today. Lol.

If I go over I'm not too worried because when I lost 70lbs last year, I never counted or cared about carbs. Anywho.

Eating a full meal makes you tired. So eat something people call lunch and get ready to be tired after it.
