Just wanted others opinion on napping after lunch?
i seem to get tired about that time
will it slow down digestion?

No.
You get tired because you probably consume a lot of carbs, then your body crashes. Yesterday I ate a whole box of mac & cheese. 1,200 calories, 150g carbs and 27g protein.
I felt like complete **** and actually laid down, passed out for several hours. Carb overload and a bunch of **** food. Especially taking in 100g of carbs a day, that was just over the top.
I never eat that crap, but the person who made it was actually bitching because I wouldn't eat what they made, so I just ate the whole thing to shut them up. Ha.

i dont cosume many carbs at that time of day
i guess thats my lazy time

Lol. Especially eating about 100g carbs a day for the last several weeks. Over load to the max.
I just had some Kashi and found out the bowl I ate had over 120g carbs. There goes my 100g a day carbs for today. Lol.
If I go over I'm not too worried because when I lost 70lbs last year, I never counted or cared about carbs. Anywho.
