    Eggs question.

    Surp Guys,

I have two questions that I need to be answerd.

1- Is it okay to have eggs whilst cutting?
2- Whats the least caloric dense form of eggs? i.e Fried, Boiled etc..

    Thanks!

Calories in vs calories. Hit your macros while eating the foods that you enjoy. I'm cutting and eating 3 whole eggs everyday. On weekends I eat bacon and I fry my eggs in the bacon grease afterwards.

You can have anything on a cut as long as it fits your macros. Read the stickies to figure out what they are, Calculating Calorie and Macronutrient Needs especially. any way cooked without added fat is about the same.

Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

Curious OP...why are you cutting at 16 and less than 130lbs? Otherwise what 96 said, eggs are fine however you like them.

Eggs are great whether ur cutting or bulking. Like everyone will say, just stay within your macros. Only eating the whites is a good way to reduce fat. For least calorie dense, the only way to add calories is frying them. I just scramble them on a nonstick pan

Hard boiling or a similar method would be the least calorie-dense.

Eggs are fine (great actually) whether cutting or bulking.

You're 16 years old, stand 5'9" tall, weigh 128 pounds and you're cutting.

This is very troubling and I urge you to talk to your parents about your intentions.

This is likely due to the fact you do not have a proper amount of LBM nor enough to support cutting. I'd advise you to bulk to acquire muscle. Then, perhaps cutting would be required.

As of right now, cutting would likely create undesirable results.
