    Question Fish Oil Vs Cod Liver Oil?

    I'm trying to decide between the two. I've done some research, but I wanna know what you guys think? Please dont respond If you dont have a clue.

    Depends upon your diet, fatty fish, and preformed vitamin A & D [and quality sunlight exposure] intake.

    The EPA/DHA content of cod liver oil is meager compared to fish oil [which is what I assume you would be taking it for]. I'm not a fan of Cod Liver oil due to the low EPA/DHA content and high Vitamin preformed A & D content since I get those from external sources.
    It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
