    How many Calories do your body burn.

    Hello

    I'm new to this forum and I have some questions before my road to redemptions starts. How many calories do a person burn daily no exercise added. I have no clue what my body burn on a daily base. Just a starter question. If someone can help me with this info that would be great. A little about myself to help I'm 6'1 around 290 give or take a few pounds. Thank for your time. Ohhh how do I make a Avatar ? not sure if I'm ready to post myself but it is coming.

    Thank you so much. So the theory is if I take in less then 3000 but higher then 1800 I should have a health weight loss going on ? with a decent workout plan. I will get into the other stuff later but that is the key correct ?. I know there is a outstanding science to wieght loss and it is very overwhelming to a new comer like myself.

    Yeah, that's correct.

    To lose weight, you simply subtract around 500 Cals from your recommended calorie intake (3139), so that works out at approximately 2639 Calories per day.
