    Substitute incline bench with low cable pulleys?

    Thinking about not doing incline bench and doing low cable pulleys for the upper pecs instead for a few weeks and was wondering if it will build mass or more of a definition exercise? I have tried these out a few times and I really do feel them in the upper pecs, more then incline but would rather here some advice on it then wasting 6 weeks.

    Thoughts?

    ... if there's different parts of one you can adjust the exercise to target t differently...

    Don't substitute presses with fly's. Do fly's AFTER the presses. If your upper chest is lagging, like most people, prioritize. Do your incline presses first, then your flat, then your dips/decline, then do your fly's.
