I started at around 195lbs and 20%BF and now I'm at around 184lbs and 18%BF. Not too much noticable fat off the belly but I have noticed I'm much more cut and defined in my chest, arms and shoulders. Maybe the belly will be last to go lol
Around 11 lbs but my body usually fluxuates around 5 pounds from day to day cause of water intake but the lowest I've been at since starting was 183lbs and 17.9%BF. I have a scale that measures weight, BF% and BW%. Don't know how accurate it is but I've been using it since the start of Sub Q so I guess I can still guage my improvment even if it isn't 100% accurate.Rep 4 Rep.....u rep me I rep you back.

I've taken notice to my mood with Sub Q. It has been hit or miss lately. Most days I'm 110% but I've noticed some days where I've been around 30% and just moody or quick tempered and I'm not typically like this. Has anyone mentioned anything about this before? It's not happened often and I'm most certain it's not the supplements alone or at all. I've not really had anything out of the ordinary happen to me from day to day to enact this change I'm just curious to what it may be.

In the end
REVIEW OF SUB Q
Starting stats
Height: 5'9''
Weight: 192LBS
BF%: 19.5
Ending stats
Height: 5'9''
Weight: 182LBS
BF%: 17.0
I had an extremely pleasant experience with Sub Q. I never once in the 40 days on the log experienced any crash whatsoever. It gives you a fast energy rush soon after taking it without any jitters or ill effects and keeps you infused with energy all throughout the day. I am pleased with the 3% BF that I lost and I wish it would have been more. It just may of well could have been more if I were to follow the supplied training and dieting schedule. All in all I would suggest Sub Q to others looking for a quality thermo. Fusion seems to know what they are doing and I look forward to possibly logging Fubar or Shut eye in the future.Rep 4 Rep.....u rep me I rep you back.

Thanks and I appreciate the opportunity Fusion gave me. I didn't lose much bodyfat off my belly but I'm tighter up top and I look fuller in my arms since I suppose where most of my bodyfat loss was. Thanks again. Look forward to possibly logging for Fusion again in the future. Hopefully with no computer issues
