    Unhappy Back exercises without feet

I just had foot reconstruction surgery and I'm going to be on crutches non weight bearing for 6-7 weeks and I need help with my back day exercises. My usual routine was
    Deadlift
    Pull ups
    Lat pull downs
    Cable rows
But now I can't do DL or cable rows. Pull ups are iffy because I'd be risking falling onto the foot when I descend. The only exercise right now that I can do without fear is the lat pull down and even that has questionable technique since I can't plant both feet on the ground.
Can anyone help me with a decent back routine while I'm non weight bearing?

Pull downs, back extensions, lying DB rows (on incline bench or flat), and inverted rows might work.
