    slightly o/t

I worked a show with him a while back and honestly, pictures do not do him justice... The guy is HUGE.

He's a really cool guy as well, he just walked out to the ring as we were messing around before the show. We were all expecting a "hey, look at me", elitist attitutde but we were pleasently surprised.

He just kind of hung out. I thought that was really cool (no mark) that he was willing to just hang out and mess around in the ring like everyone else.

Which is exactly why buying a creatine supplement is like throwing your money away... the amount you get from food, combined with what you may get from your supplement will tell your body "hey, I don't need to produce this anymore!" and there go your body's personal development of creatine.

I have yet to find ONE person who knows how much creatine they get in their diet when they go out and buy a creatine supplement. Its such a half-assed supplementation system.

no. just no. it's not a drug. this doesn't happen.

please don't spout your personal opinion as having more merit than numerous scientific studies extolling the benefits of supplemental creatine for athletes, as well as countless anecdotal reports. thank you.

Reading his theories and principles on training & diet, it's all very similar to mine (of course at different levels of proportion).

    Not unrealistic at all.

2.2 pounds of meat only has 1 gram of creatine in it and your claims aren't really true, I would suggest you do a bit of research rather than just giving us your thoughts on creatine
