    Read an article saying that Leg excerises release more testosterone in the body because the legs we constantly use so by hitting leg equipment out harder we release the testy we could use the result to use one or two other body parts that day for your workout let's say your strugglen on biceps or the lats you been wanting to bust out hit legs first hard and then do the one or two your strugglen on to gain.

    Who the feck cares what people think. Let's take a look at the real data. I also recommend going back to that article and reading the last paragraph again.

    But instead of focusing on one thing, look at the net effects and the bigger picture. What is not fully understood is the actual significance and how important the acute hormonal responses induced by resistance exercise are on muscle hypertrophy over the long-term. Maximal muscle tension and the resulting increases in intra-muscular growth factors seems more important, as acute hormonal responses to resistance training leading to muscle hypertrophy over the long term hasn't really panned out in the literature.
