    I took 3 weeks off the diet but have been back on now for 5 days.

    Current weight is 166.8 lbs, my lightest yet. Photo update before I leave for Cyprus on the 24th.

    Day 1:- 8th March 2010

    Weighed in at a whopping 206.6 lbs today! Been at this weight before, except i'm carrying a lot more muscle this time round. No target weight or deadline either, the aim is to keep going until I'm happy with what I see in the mirror.

    Today's training was pretty poor, short on time today so just did what I could.

    Cardio

    45 mins treadmill, 5.0 kmh @ 6.0 incline.

    Wow, empty cardio followed by empty lifting was not good, just not used to it anymore! Will go back to my usual format of empty morning cardio followed by afternoon lifting. In failing that i'll do PWO cardio. Glad to be back though
