Yes take 5-tetra an hour prior and if you've been known to be sensitive to Yohimbine i'd only take 2 or 3 to start (i am personally sensitive to yohimbine myself, I can only take 2 to 3 5-tetra). 30 min prior then take 4-nitro & obviously 8-beta intra.

FYI if you post your email i'd use [at] for @ it helps avoid and annoy spammers.
