Hey everyone, im new here. Im 19 years old. I have been lifting on and off for about 4 years. I took about 8 months off though and got quite out of shape being in college and all. ive been working out for about a month without drinking and better eatiing habits and was hoping people could give me input on what my bodyfat % is around and whether i should bulk or cut. Im around 5'7.5 barefoot and weight 170 pounds. My photos are in my progress pictures. Note: all pictures were taken in the same time period and after consuming 3L of chocate milk. Point being that I will look heavier than i am and will see more progress in the future and so forth.
