The Workout:Back
Close Grip Pull Ups: BWx8, BWx8, BWx8, BWx8, BWx8
SS
Wide Grip Pull Ups: BWx6, BWx6, BWx6, BWx6, BWx6, BWx6
Cable 1 Arm Jerk 'n Row 70x10, 70x10, 70x12, 70x12
Cable High Low V Pull Down: 90x12, 90x12, 90x11(+1), 90x10(+2)
Seated Wide Grip Rows (Very Strict Form) 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Seriously? I couldn't even do full ROM on some of the last few sets because my BI's were so tight.
My back felt fckin huggee too
I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. haha.
Endurance/Strength:
Well, i wasn't really going for setting PR's today though i would definitely say that i defintily could have if i didn't superset the wide and close. I was working out with one of the trainers at the gym. He's a cool guy and was hitting back today so he asked if i wanted to hit it with him.
Endurance was great. I felt DEAD after the third SS of pullups but i kept pushing and made it through the rest of the WO putting up decent weights.
Mentality:
Today i was really pumped. I had a ****ty day and was ready to hit it. Then, on top of that, i wanted to really bust my ass and get up as much weight as i could so i didn't look like a complete pussy in front of him haha.
Libido:
Sky high. Almost double the last bottle.
Joints:
Lower back isn't hurting any more but it, like my knees are just kind of stiff. Nothing painful though. Doesn't interfere.
Last Nights Sleep:
8 hours, another great nights sleep.
Diet/Hunger:
hahah i was sooo hungry after the workout i ate a whole large pizza
Other than that diet is going good.
Water Intake:
1.5 gallons
Anything else:
-Acne has cleared, nothing really new popping up. Mostly came right at the start of bottle two.
-Feeling really good as of late. Not gaining body fat but gaining weight is amazing. I'm curious to take my measurements at the end of the bottle...

Finally the WEEKEND.
hahah busy ass week.
Sorry, missed a few updates this week. I'll have them all up through out the day today.
First one is Back just posted it up. Then i hit Chest (Really happy, Hit some GREAT PR's) Yesterday, and crushed some Legs today (1 More PR + a EXTREMELY intense workout, SS Squats and Deadlifts anyone? I almost died haha)Cant stop, wont stop.

Loving the LX man.
I'm amazed at being able to gain this much weight without putting on a **** load of fat. Seriously when i do the review i'll post pics from my last bulk. hhaha i i though IT was succesful lol.
I actually ordered 3 bottles. I'm going to be running one more in about 2-3 Months when i start cutting down.Cant stop, wont stop.

The Workout:Shoulders

Rear Delt Fly: 120x6, 120x6, 120x6,

Tons of Ab Work
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Feeling reallllyy good in the gym today. Didn't want to stop. Had a Excellent trap and shoulder pump going definitely bigger than any of the weeks prior.
Endurance/Strength:
Killllinnnnn iittttt
Holy ****. The PR's just keep coming. Seriously, i didn't think i hit a PR on military press and got REALLY pissed about it and was going crazy though the rest of WO.
Then i came home and looked, and i did hit PR
Two more reps.
Mentality:
As i mentioned before, it was excellent.
I was absolutely hauling ass in the gym and didn't want to stop.
Libido:
I'll put it simple: I'm a walking boner.
Joints:
Knees = Still Sore
Lower Back = Still Sore
Elbows = Thought they were kinda sore while working out, but now they feel fine.
Is it worth the sore joints. Hell yeah.
Last Nights Sleep:
5 hours. haha was good for 5 hours i guess. Took a heavy dose of stims this morning to get me up though. (No stims Pre WO, i didn't want to change any variables.)
Diet/Hunger:
Diet is in check

-I'm really pissed..... my bottle is almost empty

Great Pump going. I had one of the trainers come spot me on my CGBP and he commented on how i was getting bigger.
Endurance/Strength:
Hit an extra rep on my CGBP, then repped out and was surprised to be able to be able to get the full 8
DB curls felt heavvyy too but i was able to get 'em.
Mentality:
More relaxed, didn't really go crazy in the gym. Probably because it was just arms...
Libido:
Doing great.
Joints:
Elbow is actually kind of stiff today. Otherwise everything else is about the same.
Last Nights Sleep:
7 hours, and as usual, very deep.
Diet/Hunger:
Hunger is leveling off. Its definitely at an increased state though.
Water Intake:

haha i havn't forgotin about my review. I've actually been looking all over for a good camera to use, my phone just wasn't cutting it and i didn't have mine on me.
BUT I got mine back today, and was able to take the pics!! They're definitally looking good. I also got my final weigh in this past sunday. Now all that needs to be done is the caliper measerment and the Body Part measurments.
I should have the final review up soon, definitally within the next couple days.
