Day 14
The Workout:Chest
Bench Press:165x6, 165x6, 170x4, 165x6
Incline Bench Press: 160x6, 155x5, 150x6, 150x6(+4 with spotter), 175x4(Negitives)
Hammer Strength V Press: 180x8,180x8,180x8,180x8,
Incline Fly: 35'sx10,35'sx10,35'sx10,35'sx10
Fly(Stretching): 30second hold at full extentionx4
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Had a great pump going, like better than with any preWO product i've ever used! Def makes hitting the weights damn fun. haha i love the extremely tight feeling
Legs still a little sore, back is good to go, shoulders were a little tight around the joint but otherwise good to go.
Endurance/Strength:
Endurance felt good, as did my mind set, but the strength wasn't breakthrough today. I was hoping to set some big PR's but even when pushin hard i wasn't really able to...
Mentality:
I was feeling extremely relaxed, but at the same time very motivated to lift. haha i was actauly REALLY enjoying my self while lifting.
The best i can describe it is i was stress free and just having fun
Libido:
Jumped up even more. Compared to the last bottle it is definitely higher!!
Joints:
Knees are stiff.
Shoulders were kinda tight today also.
I figure this is because of the LX since i usually don't have any joint discomfort. Its not too bad but its there so i though i'd mention it. It makes lifting heavy harder. I may up my reps to 8ish for next week.
Last Nights Sleep:
9 hours, woke up once to pee, but otherwise another great nights sleep
Diet/Hunger:
Hunger becoming more prominent, which is good since i am trying to eat a little bit more
Water Intake:
1.75 gallons
Anything else:
-Acne still lingering on my face, not to bad though, most cleared. Chest and traps are starting to break out a little.

The Workout:Back
Deadlifts: 325x6, 325x6, 255x12, 255x12, 255x12
Pull Ups: +20x 6, +20x 6, +20x 5, +20x 4,
Hammer Strength T-Bar: 120x6, 130x6, 130x6, 130x6
Lat Pull down: 110x8, 110x8, 110x8, 110x8,
Cable Row: 60x12, 60x12, 60x12, 60x12,
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Lower back was pumped like crazy. hah i've never felt a lower back pump before!
Chest is also feelin really good today. It feels very "full". I love the full feeling, makes me feel nice and bigg!
Endurance/Strength:
Strength was decent, endurance not so good.
I was able to hit a PR on my deads but i felt pretty dead after that, pullups felt DAMN hard.
Mentality:
Just like yesterdays workout, i had hat relaxed mindset that was great. I felt pretty good and was able to push hard.
Out of the gym i'm definitely feeling nice relaxed but at the same time confident and Alpha. Always great.
Libido:
Definitely uppp!
Joints:
Lower back was really tight and kind of achy, otherwise joints are doing pretty good.
Last Nights Sleep:
8 hours, another great nights sleep.
Diet/Hunger:
Hunger on the rise.
Diets doing good.

The Workout:Shoulders

Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Great pump going in my shoulders as always. I did also feel that full feeling in them almost though the whole day after workout out!
Endurance/Strength:
Strength was pretty good. I was able to jump the weight up pretty nicely on my Arnold s and i was able to set some PR's with the Military press.
The really noticeable change was not the weights feeling lighter but me being able to push them harder. lol that doesn't really make sense but what it felt like was on my third rep i would slow down and really have to force it up, almost like my muscles were about to give out. Then, on the the next rep the same thing would happen, and again for the rep after that. Its like if felt like it should give out and fall down but at the same time it just kept going up. It was pretty crazy
Its always fun to set PR's
Mentality:
Was into it big time again. Was feeling that aggressive feeling again in the gym.
Libido:
Still nice and high
Joints:
Lower back is more sore/achy than normal, but my shoulders and knees are good to go.
Last Nights Sleep:
9 hours.
Woke up twice though.
Diet/Hunger:
I am noticing that am craving food alot more. lol usually i have huge amounts of self control but lately i've been cheating here and there just because i'm freakin hungry. (Nothing to major, but still.)

Went in ready to kill my legs.
Started warming up with squats.
Did 135 warm up easy, went to my 185 warm up and could barely go past parallel because my Lower back tightening up big time. Went to try leg press and i couldn't bring it down all the way.
I was so pissed i ended up doing:
30min hard on the bike
20min hard on the StairMaster
10min high incline walking on the Treadmill.
Great cardio workout, but still pissed about legs. Hopefully my back will be good to go by friday so i can try legs again.
I have no clue what i did to my back. It felt a little sore after deads on Saturday, but nothing out of the ordinary.Last edited by -NB-; 02-17-2009 at 03:43 PM.

Quick Update
Legs are a little tight from all the cardio yesterday so thats good. I'm still pissed i couldn't hit the weights though.
Lower back is kinda sore/tight again today but that shouldn't effect my Chest workout
I'll be hitting the gym in about an hour.Cant stop, wont stop.

Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Chest felt great today. Had a nice pump going and was feeling big.
As for recovery my shoulders were feeling good to go!
Endurance/Strength:
Strength was pretty good. I got my bench reps up with ease.
Same feeling as for shoulders though. The weight doesn't feel lighter but i'm just able to do it lol
Like 165 felt pretty heavy and after rep 4 i was really working hard.
Mentality:
Was really into it. Was feeling aggressive and confident. Always a great feeling.
Libido:
Still Flyin High.
Joints:
Knee and lower back are pretty sore.
