Day 9
The Workout:Back/Biceps
Wide Grip Pull Ups: BWx8, BWx8, BWx8, BWx8
Close Grip Pull Ups: BWx8, BWx8, BWx6
Bent Over Rows: 165x8, 165x8, 175x8, 175x8, 175x8
HS Seated High/Low row: 200x8, 200x8, 200x8, 200x8, 200x8,
Low Rows: 110x8, 110x8, 110x8, 100x8, 100x8
DB Curls (Drop sets -10 pounds until tens) STARTING WEIGHTS 40'sx8, 35'sx8, 25'sx8
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Freakin crazy ass pump in my biceps. Seriously, like i'm not a huge guy by any means but by my second drop set i couldn't even get it full ROM. I would make it 1/2 way and it would be to damn tight to go any further.
Endurance/Strength:
Strength seemed good, especially for me not being into it mentally. I set a REP PR on my bent over rows and i smashed my previous PR on HS Rows by 20, so overall i'd say pretty good day.
Mentality:
Wasn't there in the gym today. I dont know why, just one of those days. Kind out of it, no real mind muscle connection.
Libido:
Strong.
Joints:
My Right knee and elbows are "felt". lol i don't really now how to put it, like its not pain or soreness but i can just feel them when i use them. Overall not to major.
Last Nights Sleep:
10 hours. Totally passed out, it was nice. I needed some deep longg sleep.
Diet/Hunger:
went kinda high on the carbs today, i'm not a big fan of carbs. They make me fat.
Water Intake:
1.5 gallons
Anything else:
-Acne still hangin around.
-Crazy pump at the gym today. I've never felt such a profound pump ever.
-I took pics and recorded my weight today, i'll have the week 1 review up tomorrow

The Workout:Shoulders
Seated Shoulder Press:130x6, 135x6, 140x6
Smith Machine Front Delt Press: 135x6, 135x6, 135x8
Fly to Press:45x6,50x6, 50x6
Rear Delt Fly: 35x8, 35x 8, 35x8
Front Raises: 35x8, 35x 8, 35x8
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Another great day in the gym. Shoulders pumped big time. Got some great lifts up to!!
Endurance/Strength:
Shoulders did feel like they fatigued pretty quick, like average. Strength on my major lifts felt really good.
Mentality:
Concentration was ok today. I wasn't totally into it but i was still able to push hard.
Libido:
Feelin good.
Joints:
Shoulders did feel kind of stiff and needed a longer warm up than normal.
Last Nights Sleep:
6 hours. Felt really refreshed though, nice and deep sleep FTW!
Diet/Hunger:
Good day.
Water Intake:
1.5 gallons
Anything else:

The Workout:Legs
Leg Press:560x6, 560x6, 590x4 610x2
Squats: 165x12, 215x8, 225x6, 165x12
Lunges: 45x6, 45x6, 45x6,
Leg Extensions: 125x12 125x12 125x12
Leg Curls: 100x12, 100x12, 100x12
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Legs felt GREAT today. I changed it up a little by doing squats second instead of first, it felt nice to change it up.
As for Recovery, my back and shoulders are sore as hell.
Endurance/Strength:
Legs endured the beating pretty nicely. Lol i still felt good by the lunges.
Mentality:
Today was a GREAT day. I was hauling ass and was totaly into my wokrout. I loved it
Actually while hitting my last set of squats a almost europhic runners high type feeling too over. haha FELT GREAT.
Libido:
Feelin good.
Joints:
Eh, shoulders are stiff today and i can already feel like my knees are going to be. Its all good though, atleast i know the LX is kickin in

Massive pump in my arms. They felt great.
Soreness pretty bad from leg day
Endurance/Strength:
Excellent (As you can tell by the PRs!!).
As a side note, i did hit arms on their own day so they were a little "Fresher" than normal...
Mentality:
Nice mind muscle connection today. Was able to push harddd.
Libido:
Actually a little MORE up
Joints:
Feelin 'em. Knees are tightish and a little achy from leg day, and my lower back feels kinda stiff.
