Quick Update
WOW. My legs are dead today. I dont even know why since i did not go high volume, but my intensity was damn high yesterday. haha i'm thinking its because of the drop setting into high reps. I usually always lift heavy on leg days but that it. I've never incorporated drop sets or high rep into my squatting routine, so it totally shocked 'em.
I'm going to do some low intensity cardio and then stretch it out a little later tonight. Will get the official update in laterCant stop, wont stop.

sorry guys, came home, finished up some work and then passed out. I'll defintily get yesterdays workout posted up today, it was a good one!
On a side note.... This morning i woke up a little late and was in a rush to get out, i grabbed my pills popped them and then headed to class. After three hours i looked for my second LX pill and noticed that i accedently took it while takeing the other two this morning.
Hopefully it all good.Cant stop, wont stop.

The Workout:CHEST
Flat Bench: 165x6, 165x6, 165x6, 165x6, 145x8, 145x8, 125x8, 125x8
DB Incline Press: 50'sx12, 50'sx12, 50'sx12
Seated Cable Fly: 50x10, 50x10, 50x10
Weighted Dips: +45x6, +45x6, +45x4
Skull Crushers: 60x10, 60x10, 60x10
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Crazy chest pump going. Felt great at the gym. Haha i was working out with a buddy and he even asked how much weight i've gained because my chest was looking swole.
I loved it.
Endurance:
Strength stayed consent and strong through out my workout. Definitely a great plus, being able to keep the weight heavy really kills it.
Mentality:
Starting to kick in. I felt it at the gym today, the mind set was there. I was able to push my self damn hard and felt the aggressive alpha attitude. Felt great.
Libido:
Slightly down. I don't know why? Could be coincidence.
Joints:
Knees are feeling kinda sore....
Last Nights Sleep:
8 hours. Very Deep again. Dreams are quite vivid too
Water Intake:
1.5 gallons
Anything else:
-Acne is flaring up, more than the last bottle. Maybe kicking in stronger? Not that big of a deal, just gotta keep on top of it.

Day 8
The Workout:CHEST
Cardio: 30min walking at 4.7 and a 2 incline with HIIT Jump roping every 5 min for two min intervals.
Stretching: 30min
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Chest is still pretty sore from Thursday.
Arms and legs and chest are starting to get a "full" feeling. haha Feels good
Endurance/Strength:
Not really tested today, more like a chill cardio session.
Mentality:
I'm feeling more relaxed and de stressed. I've actually had alot going on to so that is defiantly a plus. haha i usually tend to get overwhelmed with work pretty easy but now a days its more like i know its there and i just do it. No big deal.
Libido:
Back up
Joints:
Knees are feeling better, but now my elbows are kind sore when i extend my are straight. Not painful but i "feel" then stretching. I'll keep an eye on it.
Last Nights Sleep:
8 hours and again very deep
Diet/Hunger:
Diet is going good. Staying on track. I actually weighed in today and my weight only went up .5, which is actually a big surprise. If i were normally pounding this much food my weight would be flying up (With fat gains, hah not all muscle). I think i'll bump my cals from about 3200 to 3600.
Hunger really hasn't been profoundly increased as of yet. Last bottle it became really noticeable around weeks 3 and 4. Now that i need to up the cals i hope it starts to kick in soon!!
