Actually Drekkor is not arguing with him. He's more or less not saying too much. He doesn't need to. His progress speaks for itself.
I'm just amazed at how much of an ass people can make of themselves anonymously typing insults over the Internet. I just laugh at them. Let them dig their own graves. In the end, they look mighty foolish.

Guy seems to have some good genetics. Tri's if hit really hard take a few days to recover for me even on gear. If I have an arm day, Im hitting them hard. Also heavy benching will tax them and I like to CGBP decent weight. Clearly working for him though.
Im also doing chest after legs now, and I really should be switching things up.

I could be off on this and others may comment, but I would think maybe hitting your chest after leg day (or any lagging bodypary) could be beneficial. If you are squatting and working your legs and glutes (which are big muscles) thus releasing alot of natural growth hormones, may be beneficial and boost your chest growth. Kind of like you hit your chest while still on the high of working your biggest muscle group the day before and the extra released growth horomones could only help you. What do you all think?

Riveotr, or whatever his SN is...is right. The routine is over-lapping. People need to get off the mindset off, "oh..he's big..he must know more than the smaller guy" because it's utter bull****. Paco Bautista dwarfs Frank Zane, but I would much rather take training advice from Zane. Ronnie Coleman is a much bigger guy than Dexter Jackson, but I would take Dexter Jackson training me over Coleman. A guy can be as big as he wants, but maybe if he used a different routine, he would have gotten results quicker...maybe he would have better development? Just because someone may not put into practice what they know, doesn't mean they don't know what they are talking about.
The routine DOES OVERLAP. Anyone with common sense and experience lifting can tell you that doing Chest, Arms and Shoulders back to back on consecutive days is retarded. It could be working, but how much better may the development be if done otherwise?"The only way out of hell, is through it. "

Yes, squat and deadlifts release the most GH as far as lifts go. However, the amount increased is trivial when compared to other compound lifts (i.e. pull ups, bench press, military press, rows, etc). All the books/magazines fail to tell you that. Doing a compound exercise in general will release GH. So, basing your lagging parts around a leg day for teh releaz!!11! is really pretty pointless.

I was wondering, sometimes when I workout my back or biceps, I really dont feel any soarness...i have just recently started working out like 3 months ago. After a long time off. Do you need or have to feel soar after every workout, and btw, heres my post, any advice bad or good, would be appreciated.
