Hi, well I'm constantly on the go, and have trouble eating healthy!
I've been doing yoga for a few years now and exercise when I can, but I just don't think my nutrition is good.
Do any of you ladies have any tips on how to eat well with a very busy schedule?

As Kimm said, pack a cooler...cook som chicken ahead of time, get tuna packets, nuts, put veggies in tupperware, take fruit with you, etc

i always prep my food well ahead of time.
Usually on the weekend i cook up alot o chicken and fish, weigh it out and put into containers or baggies.
i'll cook up yams and do the same.... and ill cup up veggies and put into containers and baggies.
Every night i put together my meals for the next day and make sure they are ready to go in the morning so i can just grab n go!
i eat cream of wheat and egg whites in the morning, so every night before bed i cook up the egg whites and cream of wheat, put into containers and i bring it with me to work! a few hours of prep a week goes a longggg way!
