pyruvate w/calcium :what have you noticed?

well this is rather an interesting supplement that I started using yesterday.i took 1 gram of it.Initially i did' nt feel much, but then as i started doing cardio i realized that this is making me sweat more than i normally do.and then i was unbelievably relaxed after my cardio session.. more than i normally am.i think this probably reduces blood pressure and gives a soothing effect to your brain .but this is not all, i experienced some vivid dreams after going to bed ,one of them was a bad one and it woke me up in the middle of the night.I am not sure if that was because of novedex-xt that i took a day before because that also does something to your brain or because of this alone.anyway i ll keep trying it cause it definitely increases metabolism ,hopefully no more bad dreams.

How much are you dosing it at?
IIRC it has to be taken in quite high doses for it to be effective.
