    Who Crockpots? Recipes wanted

I used to Crockpot a few days a week I am trying to get back into because it?s cheap, easy, damn good & generally healthy.

Right now I have a 3lb roast, onions, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery & fresh minced garlic cooking at home since 6:30 am this morning.

I am looking for some recipes I can experiment with, the healthier the better.

This. Throw cubed meats, veggies, fresh herbs, and potatoes for a nice stew.

I added a can of cream of celery & beef bullion, yes that is it. I will let you know how this batch turns out but its has never failed me before.

The best part is you can use a cheap round roast & it pulls apart when done.
