from 19% bodyfat to 9% trasformation

hi guys, i was 205lbs last summer 2011 a complete fat ass, so i decided to cut hard and get shreadded for this sumer 2012!

here is how i looked 5 months ago, im the shorter one on the right

im not sure what my bf% is now but i like to think is close to 12% meaning i have long ways to go till i reach 9%


i will keep posting my progress and methods im using to get it done

I was going to say, that ain't 9%..but you've come a long way so far and you look like you're doing well, don't forget to train in compounds until you're lower bodyfat and can see your weaknesses

OK...you weren't a "complete" fat@ss, just a bit outta shape. Now...it's all coming along pretty nicely brother. Hit it hard over the next few months...plenty of time to hit goals before Memorial Day! Good work man!

JEEZ. its crazy, im 5'11" @165, and I look WAY smaller then you. I mean, im toned, but you just look like your more then 10 pounds heavier then me.
