There is something in your diet that you need to cut out.
That's what they're for. A warning device."Did you know that there is a nerve that connects the eyeball to the anus?
It's called the Anal Optic Nerve and gives people a ****ty outlook on life."

don't worry about it. I stink when I eat healthy. you fart because something you ate contains indigestible material that the bacteria in your intestines gobble up... a byproduct of their feasting is release of gasses.. hence lots of smelly farts...
The main culprit, at least for me is vegetables. peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, beans... ughhh such bad farts. protein farts are also gross, and eggs make you reak because of the sulfer... anyway don't sweat it, it's unavoidable

it is avoidable... just have to avoid a lot of foods... for me it is worth it as I get horrible gas and bloating otherwise and effects my life.
can't eat dairy, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, garlic, any grains except rice...i.e. no bread/pasta, no protein shakes, no beer, no carbonated drinks, liquors are okay.
My diet ends up being potato/sweet potatoes/rice/rice noodles for carbs.
lots of chicken/sweet potato/salad meals
lots of stir fry with rice egg chicken veggie meals
lots of pad thai
etc.
Eggs (lots of omelettes for breakfast)
Meat (lots of chicken breast/fish/shrimp/lean beef)
Nuts for snacking
Easy on the fruit and salads for vegetables
salads are usually romaine/tomato/avocado/bell pepper which I eat pretty much nightly
^pretty gas free and healthy diet
The protein at least for me is definitely NOT the cause of gas, I eat around 250g protein a day from eggs/meat and don't get any gas...throw in any of the above and it comes in.
I think a lot of people on here complain about it as they have been eating **** then see the bb diet which is protein shakes (gas) milk (gas) more fiber (gas) beans (gas) and other foods people might not have been eating much of before.Last edited by grapemaster; 01-25-2009 at 05:40 PM.

Know what's great!
Getting yourself all gassed up with a nasty protein fart, then doing a dutch over on your girl...
OMFG... talk about gagging someone. Not only are protein farts deadly, dutch over! WOO WOO! That's biological warfare there!
What is a dutch oven gone wrong?

If you're not farting, you're not bulking
...or cutting...
