    increase in poundages = increase in size. From what I see if you've put on 30-45lbs on your major lifts your going good

    thanks guys, my bench went up around 40 pounds, rows went up around 30-40, squats...i had to correct form so it's hard to gauge. Deadlifts went up like 80 or so.

    30 pounds in 3 months? At 10 pounds a month, you've probably got 24 pounds of fat...you've clearly got bigger, fair enough, but you'll regret gaining so much fat in the future.
    I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
