Remember, it's only a three monther, do a six monther if you want to put on serious muscle.

Lol, well then now you know. Clean bulk is best + low intesity cardio to help keep fat gains to a minimal. GOOD LUCK

30 pounds in 3 months? At 10 pounds a month, you've probably got 24 pounds of fat...you've clearly got bigger, fair enough, but you'll regret gaining so much fat in the future.
I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
I'm also a loser and would appreciate positive reputation for being so nice and stuff.
