    Pros's = more tricep focused. So if your chest is injured I guess? I do a false style grip, but still wrap my thumb around. I do it for wrist stability though.

    Is this the same As suicide grip? If so I do them, find them more comfortable.

    Pro's slightly less ROM and more triceps activation
    cons if you have to ask about it, you're probably not ready for it, nor do you know how to do it properly.

    Negative - it's too much of a risk for me.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
