Creapure is a trademarked brand of Creatine Monohydrate, trademarked by its German manufacturer. It does not differentiate whether the product is micronised or not. It differentiates only how it is tested to establish its level of purity. Creapure is a brand name of one form of Creatine Monohydrate that just so happens to be the most reliable and the most studied, therefore the most trusted.
Microinised Creatine is Creatine that has gone through the process of breaking the Creatine down to smaller parts in order to make it more water soluble and easier absorbed. A micronisation of Creatine can be done with any Creatine, not just Creapure brand Creatine.

No difference whatsoever. The capsule has the exact same Creatine Monohydrate powder inside it. The only difference is the delivery mechanism - instead of using a teaspoon, stirring the powder into a glass of water and drinking it, a capsule is just swallowed whole. At the end you still end up with the same thing in your stomach only by different means. Capsules are made to be more convenient but they're also quite a bit more expensive.
