Well it wasnt deep enough but still alot of ppl cant even do that but work on "going all the way down to teh bucket" with lighter weight cuz without proper form does it even count?? Im not the best but i cant take 365 all the way down but its my 1RM i can get 2 but barely its not proper form or anything. Start with lighter weight and work it up and those knees will stengthen up.
