Yes, he's big, slow and not near as good as Chuck.
Couture was a heavy weight and you saw what happened not once but twice...look at Randleman too.
I just wish it would happen so people can see. Who have you seen beat and beat on Chuck like people in this post have said fedor would "kill" Chuck? No one ,because he hits liek a horse. I'm sure their game plan starts out wanting to strike with Chuck...until they get hit...then they start making excuses about why they lost.
I've seen plenty of Fedors fights and I doubt seriously he'd last 3 rounds with Chuck before his poor cardio became a factor and chuck knocked him out.
That's my opinion.

You can doubt whatever you want. I've watched UFC since before it was on TV...back when I had to rent videos to see it, I've seen evry UFC ther is and was man.... I've watched pride for years as well. I mean, what's the point in doubting what fights I've seen? Do you know me? Have you ever hung out with me? Do you know how what my favorite thing to do or watch is? I mean seriously man. Just because you doubt I've seen several Fedor fights, does that make my opinion any less than it was before you doubted me?
This is a forum for opinion, not for some kid to come in here and start an argument over how many fights I have or haven't seen. Especially when you don't even know me or what my television viewing habits are.
Fedor hits hard and is a beast, but hopefully we get a chance to see that fight so you can "doubt" that it was a legit win by Chuck after he hands Fedor his azz. There is no easy way to build muscle. Work Hard and it will come.

i still fail to see how you can say fedor has poor cardio, ESP compared to chuck. care to elaborate? He's twice went a full 3 rounds with Nog(dont forget their 10 min first round).
he's got a pretty solid jaw, and great recovery/scrambling skills, as shown against randleman and fujita.
he pretty much out boxed crocop, who many think is 10x the kickboxer liddell ever was.
he's strong as hell, as shown when he just literally powered his way out of Nog's submission attempts
his submission defense doesn't really matter seeing as chuck only likes to really go for the KO, but if needed it's great, as is his own balance and takedown defense
his cardio training is 7.5-10+ miles per day, not to mention the 1-2 times per year he travels to do altitude trianing

hmmm...
fedor is a fly trap on the ground, yes liddel is a great standup fighter, but is nervous on the ground. if fedor can keep him from scrambling up (as fedor is so good at,hes always in the right place with his ground and pound, till he hit with the submission) liddel should have a hell of a time. liddel has a tanacity on his feet, but on the ground liddel is useless. on the other hand this would be one of any mma fans guilty pleasures to see...wishfull thinking on the fight. But my money is definately on fedor. P.S...liddel has a good sprawl...tie him up (if u can get in), go for the trip, then...well the rest is up to god...just my opinion.

. . are you even reading what you're typing? Do you even know the definition of ignorant? Comparing Tank Abbott to modern day fighters? The same modern day fighters who knocked him out in the first round, in under 2 minutes? The same modern day fighters who choked him out in under 60 seconds? The same modern day fighters who couldn't ever DREAM of beating Fedor? Wildly swinging away isn't going to work against skilled people.
Nearly everyone Chuck has faced has been a better fighter? What crack are you smoking? Are you trying to tell me, with as many well rounded fighters he's fought, that not only were his opponnents better, but that he managed to win the large majority of his fights by KO and TKO from a lucky shot? A lucky shot in the first round? Wow, that guy is one lucky dude, to be less skilled than his opponenets yet destroying his competition. Ignorance...go look it up. Go post this on sherdog, you'll enjoy the comments.[/word up man...lmaoQUOTE]

I think people here haven't seen Fedor fight all that much. Like when he outstruck CroCop on the feet.

If you refer to a fighter who you've never met in real life as "my boy" as though their performance somehow reflects well on you for simply being a fan, you're a lame ass.
