    My closest friend was a lobster, who I named Henry. I met Henry one night a few years ago at a grocery store. I just looked into the lobster tank and our eyes met. He waved his little claw at me, and I knew he had to be free. So I busted open the side with a hammer I found. I scooped him up and took him with me.

    We watched movies together, and we'd laugh so hard until tears came out. We played games with each other, and had all sorts of fun and special memories. Like that one time I got him to put hot sauce on whatever the **** lobsters eat that he was eating, and he cried it burned so bad. Or that one time he broke his leg trying to show off in front of me and our other friends when he jumped off something too high. He always was a brave little guy.

    Sadly, one night he got sick. Real sick. He died. I pitied his loss and cried for a few days hard. I felt like my world had just collapsed on me. I went through a hardcore emo phase, and actually attempted suicide. While I was in the hospital to recover, my mom brought me some homecooked meal. She said it was some kind of delicious seafood. It was the best meal I ever had.

    After I ate it I asked my mom what it was, and she said Henry.









    But really... Canned chicken/ tuna, bagels, lot of peanut butter, ravioli, abc's and 123's with meatballs, chili, weight control oatmeal, and chicken biscuits are easily my most commonly eaten foods lately.. during my bulk.

    Breakfast: Bowl Kashi Go Lean cereal

    Meal 2: 1 scoop protein with 2% milk (gf wont' let me buy any less fat, and I can't stomach water with protien)

    Meal 3: 1 can Tuna, mushroms, peppers, fat free cheese in a whole grain low carb tortilla

    Meal 4: Same as meal 2

    Meal 5: 12 oz of either steak or chicken, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup whole grain rice

    Meal 6: Either a protien shake, 1 cup cottage cheese again (low fat, again, hate the flavor of FF), or unsalted dry roasted peanuts.

    All I drink all day is milk or water (tap or Propel). Supplement with a Multi, Creatine, ON 100% Whey, Glutamine, and CL REDuction. I vary this a little when I'm at work (I work at a restaurant, and they don't really allow me to make up meals, so I have to go with what's on the menu...which is very limited when I'm actually watching what I eat).

    Post well...

    1) morning 6am - 2x weetabix + smoothie

    2) post workout 8am - protein shake + carbs + 500ml semi milk

    3) lunch 11am - protein shake in water (nice!) + assorted fruit

    4) pre workout 2pm - cereal or steak or other protein based food depending where i am, what im doing,

    5) post workout 5pm - protein shake + carbs + 500ml semi milk

    6) evening meal 8pm - protein shake in water


    tis only a rough indication, i'll freestyle the diet abit depending on energy levels, activities planned, if im out with the gf,

    but i try and base it around those times/calorific quantities

    I'm bulking now. I'm trying to eat it all, but I can't get the last 1 lb of nuts or Meal 4 yet:

    Meal 1
    - 3 cups of oats
    - 2 tablespoons of something to make the oats taste better (i.e. maple syrup, molasses, etc.)

    Meal 2
    - 8 oz of lean ground beef [I'll change what I add to the meat every day (i.e. different spices/vegetables).]
    - 2 whole eggs

    Meal 3
    - 2 cups of oats
    - 2 tablespoons of something to make the oats taste better (i.e. maple syrup, molasses, etc.)

    Meal 4
    - 8 oz of lean ground beef [I'll change what I add to the meat every day (i.e. different spices/vegetables).]
    - 2 whole eggs
    - A chocolate treat (i.e. some chocolate syrup, some of a chocolate bar, etc.)

    Things to Snack on During the Day:
    - 1 cup of almonds
    - 1 cup of walnuts
