    I change my first meal every other day, so i listed it twice

    Meal 1
    1/2 cup dry oats
    1 tspn brown sugar
    1 banana, chopped up in oatmeal
    20-30g of whey

    Meal 1
    6 whole eggs
    1 thing of yogurt
    1-2 slices of toast

    CARDIO

    Meal 2
    5-10oz chicken or grouper (just caught 10lbs+ on vacation )
    4-6oz brown rice or multigrain pasta
    2-4oz green vegetable

    Meal 3
    shake
    25g whey
    5g creatine mono
    200+mg caffeine

    LIFT

    Meal 4
    shake
    30g+ whey
    5g creatine mono

    Meal 5
    5-10oz steak or tuna or salmon
    4-6oz of brown rice or multigrain pasta (cutting this out soon)
    2-4oz greens

    Meal 6
    20-30g of casein

    i have about 10 drinks a day, about 500ml each (err... dunno how many liquid ounces that is. google tells me 17 fluid ounces) and alternate water and milk (need your water y0)... so that's about 2.5L milk, which is about 1600 easy kcal.
