    Dietary Fat.

    Right now I'm eating 4000-5000 calories, most of which is derived from carbohydrates and protein.

    I eat very clean and I only get as much as 80 grams of fat on a good day.
    It seems like dietary fat is something that is severely overlooked in bodybuilding nutrition. It's impossible to get a clear answer on how many grams of fat should be consumed per pound of body weight.

    Anyone have any ideas or know any good high fat foods to eat? (that are easy to prepare)

    If you already get 80g, why are you worried?! That's plenty.

    If you eat fish, great. If you eat eggs, great. Use olive oil, great. Eat nuts, great. Assuming they're already in your diet.
